The big game is coming soon! On Saturday, March 3rd, there will be two games.
Set up: 9:15 to 10:30: A group of parents will be setting up the Hipp this morning. Please feel free to join us as we decorate the inside of the Hipp with banners, streamers, strobe lights, and fog machines.
First game: 11:00 to 12:00 – (for players with last names A-L)
Second game: 12:30 to 1:30- (for players with last names M-Z)
Be sure to bring your cameras, and invite the family to this special event.

Noted below are some commonly asked questions about the clinic. If you have any questions that I can help you with, then please contact me.

When can I pick up a jersey? On the first day of practice, November 5th
What forms do I need to turn in? A copy of your player's birth certificate, a signed copy of the code of conduct, and the consent to treat form. (The forms will be available at the first practice)
When can I turn in the forms? You can turn them in at practice on November 5th or November 12th at the Hipp.
CLINIC Overview: The clinic program offers lessons in basic skating and hockey skills for all first year players 4 to 10 years of age. All coaches at this level are volunteers and must have a valid Initiation/Level 1 Certification from the USA Hockey Coaching Education Program to be on the ice. Both boys and girls will be required to begin in this program.
Is there a preseason parent meeting? Yes. The is going to be held on Tuesday, October 25th, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The meeting is going to be held in the auditorium of the WB central middle school, which is right next to the Hippodrome.. The purpose of this meeting is to outline the goals for the upcoming year and a parent or guardian is expected to attend this meeting. (Everything reviewed in this meeting has been posted to this site.)
How old do you have to have to be to participate in Clinic? The players need to be 4 years old, by July 1st on 2011.
When does clinic season start and finish? Clinic sessions will begin Saturday, November 5th, 2011 and they run through Saturday, March 3rd, 2012.
How often do the clinic kids practice & When? Once every Saturday. There will be two sessions this season that includes both boys and girls. Both sessions will be held at the Hippodrome on Saturdays.
First Session: 11:40am to 12:40 pm (Last names starting with A-L)
Second Session: 12:45pm to 1:45pm (Last names starting with M-Z)
Can clinic players participate in the mite skill camp?: No. Each player must start out in clinic.
Can you move out of clinic and up to mites or u8's? Most seasons, a small number of clinic players will be asked to play on a White level Mite or Girls U8 team to fill out those rosters. The decisions for these move-ups will be determined by the Director of Player Development, Mite Coordinator, Girls Director, Girls Coordinator and Clinic Coordinator. To be considered for a move up you must be 5 by July 1, 2011. This process will be complete no later than the third week of clinic.
What is the last day to sign up for clinic? We would like to have all of the players signed up by October 15th, two weeks before the season starts. (For clinic, we can take applicants up to December 31st, 2011)
Could I help coach out on the ice? Yes. All that you need to do is get your level 1 certification through USA Hockey. To find out when the certification dates are at, please log into
Can my player jump between the two clinic sessions? If you need to move to another session, then feel free to do so. Please try to stay in the session assigned to you so that we can plan accordingly and so that we have enough coaches at each session.
Will jerseys and socks be provided?

Can the clinic kids participate in Mite night? Yes. They can participate in the first hour that starts at 5:15 every Wednesday night at the Hippodrome.
Is there a special event for the clinic players? Yes. At the end of the season, we play a year end game that is very special for everyone on the ice, and in the stands.
