With our 2019-2020 season quickly approaching, there are many positive changes taking place that will have a direct impact on our program.

As an Association member, it’s important we provide you all the information on any significant changes taking place. That is why we are holding a special meeting this month to vote on the proposed amendments to the bylaws.

Location:       White Bear Lake City Hall

The voting will be held prior to the regular monthly meeting.

The board is requesting an amendment to the current bylaws to add an additional two voting positions to the board.  The board is proposing splitting the single Treasurer position into two Co-Treasurer positions. This additional position will reduce financial risk to the Association by providing additional financial oversight and segregation of duties and spreading the administrative burden of the Treasurer's responsibility between two individuals.  

Since the Associations bylaws require an odd number of voting positions, the board is also proposing to add the District 2 Representative to the Association's board.
