If a team must withdraw from a WBLAHA Hockey Tournament they will be refunded their entry fee less a $100 administrative fee as long as their place in the tournament is filled by another paying team. If the replacement team is granted a discount, the refund to the withdrawing team will be the amount paid by the replacement team, less the $100 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted if a team withdraws within 30 days of the tournament. The WBLAHA Tournament Director must be notified ASAP by e-mail at tournaments@wblhockey.com of an intention to withdraw.

Due to unpredictable circumstances occasionally tournament formats may change. We make every effort to honor the original advertised format but WBLAHA reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice in the event of an unforeseen occurrence.

INCLEMENT WEATHER INFORMATION
In the event of a severe weather forecast, first and foremost we want each team to decide what is best for them. Safety and well being are paramount. However, due to many factors including little -if any- extra available ice time, WBLAHA will not delay or cancel tournaments in all or in part. We urge families to drive safely and to prepare for longer than usual drive times. We recommend to carpool to limit the number of cars on the road and to stay in WBL between  games if snow is a factor. Downtown White Bear Lake has plenty to do with several charming restaurants, bars and shops within minutes of our rinks. In the event a team decides not to participate, such is the standard to consider their missed game a forfeit. If deemed necessary, there may be a change to points and/or tie breakers to ensure fair and competitive play for any affected teams.
